Yantai Jinguoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is located in Yantai, Shandong—the “Home of Apples” in China. The company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan and comprises the Longkou City Jinguoyuan Fruit and Vegetable Specialized Cooperative and Yantai Charlesburg Winery Co., Ltd.
The company comprises two major divisions: an apple eco-cultivation base and an apple cider vinegar production facility.

In the production process of Jin Guoyuan Fermented Apple Cider Vinegar, the company has adopted a dual-depth bio-fermentation technology developed entirely in-house. This breakthrough is the result of 40 years of relentless and painstaking research and development by Jin Guoyuan’s R&D team.
This technology maximizes the preservation of apple-specific pectin, as well as a variety of trace elements and enzymes. At the same time, it employs UHT sterilization technology (ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization), and the production environment meets the stringent standards of a modern purification workshop with a cleanliness level of 300,000 grade—far exceeding the national production standards for the beverage industry.

The company has a 6,000-ton fermentation station, and the aging cycle of apple vinegar put into use has reached more than 3 years.Mature and advanced technology ensures that the fruit vinegar is brewed with a rich fruity fragrance and a soft and mellow taste.
At the same time, Jinguoyuan introduced 8 advanced automatic production lines at home and abroad and modern acetic acid bacteria fermentation equipment, continuously increased production capacity, and built a 300,000-level purification standard production workshop, which provides a guarantee for safe and efficient product production.
The company has established a comprehensive quality control department, a provincial-level technology R&D center, a well-rounded after-sales service support system, and an elite nationwide sales team, thereby creating an efficient product quality assurance system, a product quality safety traceability system, and a vertically integrated sales system that seamlessly links production and sales.
